Mr. Mold is seeking a Sales Professional to join our expanding and dynamic sales force. You are provided leads and all the tools necessary. This is an extremely high-reward role for someone who will take our established business and provide our client base with a genuine experience from the initial meeting to the close of the remediation process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mold assessments and inspections in residential, commercial, and government properties provided by our marketing team.
- Expertly communicate findings and the importance of remediation to clients.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by converting assessments into contracts.
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the remediation process and costs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.
Skills
- Strong track record in closing sales.
- Technical knowledge of mold remediation and air quality solutions. (Will train)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
- Proven ability to close deals efficiently and confidently.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $108,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
