Superintendent - General Contractor

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience managing large-scale, intricate projects like healthcare facilities, data centers, and schools, focusing on Foundations, Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry, and the entire building envelope. This is a full-time position primarily involving local projects with minimal travel.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure a secure work environment
- Coordinate day-to-day construction tasks efficiently
- Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors
- Facilitate timely procurement of materials and equipment
- Liaise with foremen to align on daily production plans
- Oversee and maintain quality control standards
- Provide comprehensive daily work reports
- Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues, ensuring corrective actions are executed
- Ensure project adherence to schedule, specifications, safety standards, and meet Project Manager expectations
- Act as the primary interface with project owners
