Job description: Searching for a motivated individual to coordinate and dispatch Plumbing technicians while providing excellent customer service to our residential and commercial customers. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented, punctual, and dependable.
Required Qualifications:
· Advanced customer service skills.
· Ability to multi-task
· Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
· Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
· Computer skills, Organized
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Two years related experience and/ or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
Daily Duties: · Take incoming customer calls. · Schedule and coordinate all service calls
· Update customer files as information is received from installation.
· Type service contract proposals for new customers, follow up with emails.
· Maintain on call schedule, to include 1st on call and standby technician
Maintain customer history files in database · File service orders · Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts · Facilitate return of warranty parts · Update service database from service ticket
· Maintain service invoice log
· Compare service timecards and work orders to service schedule.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping to accurately document service requests, appointments, and customer information, collect payments, and follow up with customers.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions to prioritize service requests and assign technicians accordingly
- Experience with phone systems to efficiently handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) software to assist in mapping technician locations and customer addresses
- Experience with Excel, Word, QuickBooks and account Collections.

- Coordinate with shipping and receiving department to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
