The Cashier is one of the key contact points for our guest’s Service experience. A cashier is responsible for always providing enthusiastic and friendly Service to each guest, generating sales, housekeeping, cash register operations (POS) and accurate cash handling.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate cash registers and receive payments from customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Bag items carefully and provide customers with their receipts
- Handle exchanges and refunds in a courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the café area
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote special offers to customers
Requirements
- Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Prior experience in a cashier or food service role is preferred
