We're excited to announce the opening of a dynamic, multi-venue restaurant concept in Greenport, Long Island, and we're on the lookout for experienced and passionate bartenders to join our team! This exciting venture is brought to you by one of Manhattan’s hottest nightlife groups.
What's in store? We’re taking over the iconic Crabby Jerry’s on the pier and transforming it into Common Country, a day-to-night club concept that’s sure to be the talk of Greenport. Plus, we’re introducing Charlie Boy, a fresh dining experience in the legendary former Claudio's space. And, we're bringing Little Charli Pizza, serving up mouthwatering Roman-style pizzas with a NYC twist, all in a laid-back, fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar, delivering a memorable experience in a lively, high-energy setting.
- Mix and serve drinks expertly while engaging with guests to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere.
- Upsell food and beverage offerings and share your knowledge of the menu with guests.
- Work closely with other bartenders and team members to maintain an efficient and organized bar area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and well-organized throughout shifts.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to ensure a top-tier experience.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in high-end bars or fine dining establishments.
- Expert knowledge of drink preparation, wine, and spirits.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be 21 and possess the required certifications for serving alcohol in New York State.
