This is brought to you by the hottest nightlife group in Manhattan.
Exciting things are happening, and we want YOU to be a part of it! Our restaurant group is taking over the iconic Crabby Jerry’s on the pier and transforming it into Common Country, a day and night club concept that’s sure to become the talk of Greenport. But that’s not all—at the same location, we’re introducing Charlie Boy, a fresh dining experience in the legendary former Claudio's space. Plus, we’ll be bringing Little Charli Pizza, offering mouthwatering Roman-style pizzas with a NYC twist in a laid-back, fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier, attentive service to guests in a high-end, fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to create an unforgettable dining experience
- Upsell food and beverage offerings while providing expert knowledge of the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a professional and friendly attitude at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Authentic yet professional service recognizing the guests needs
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a server, preferably in high-end restaurants or fine dining
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a willingness to learn new concepts
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
