Retail Promoter Team Lead

Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a Retail Promoter Team Lead to bring brand awareness to prospective customers and turn that awareness into quality leads while training and coaching fellow promoters.

We are looking for a driven and motivated leader who will strive to meet customer objectives for our brand.

You will be responsible for marketing activities in local retail stores and coaching and mentoring retail promoters on the team.

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to all work locations throughout Hampton Roads.
• Available Monday – Friday and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Train and coach the Retail Promotions team
• Set up and maintain a demonstration area, such as a stand, booth or table at various locations.
• Keep the area tidy and well stocked with literature.
• Engage every customer that you encounter during your work shift.
• Answer questions that customers might have about our company and services.
• Ability to get quality leads
• Be a source of motivation and encouragement to promoters to meet their expected goals.
• Recognize and report issues with retail locations.
• Maintain personal metrics and goals
• Shift coverage in retail market
• Collect lead sheet and turn in by deadline

Benefits:

• Full Time up to 40 hours per week
• $18.00 - $20.00hr individual bonus a bonus based on team performance
