Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager is to lead by example, demonstrate, observe and coach the field marketing team. Generate appointments using company methodology without compromise. To provide guidance, discipline, and consequences to team members exhibiting negative habits, pour attitude or unacceptable results.

Job Qualifications:

• Leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be outgoing and enjoy meeting and working with new people
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to new and changing situations
• Must have the capacity to train team members on all products and services
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday scheduled hours 
• Experience in direct sales and marketing preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License and clear driving record

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team by example, being fair but firm
• Assemble, manage and maintain the team in daily activities and schedules
• Research, organize and prepare territory for the day, week and month
• Prepare and maintain vehicles, equipment, and uniforms daily
• Manage and direct team leaders in activities and logistics
• Train new hires and team leaders
• Track goals and prepare reports

Physical Demands:
