We are Mr Rooter Plumbing in Addison, a plumbing company servicing a population of over a million. We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, timely, authoritative, and organized individual for the role of Operations Manager. A background in teaching and coaching is a must.
You will assist the owner in guiding the operations of different departments, reporting daily to the owner and overseeing all operations-level projects and protocols. You will be the primary resource running this location. We are not looking to micromanage; however, we will be selective in picking the appropriate individual who is the best fit.
You will work hand in hand with the office operations manager to ensure the team reaches the company's monthly and yearly goals.
You must project a clean appearance, hold others accountable, be excellent with communication, and put in hours as needed.
This job requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role in any field. Willing to train in the plumbing field; plumbing experience is not needed.
