Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enter call details accurately and promptly into Service Titan.
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services based on customer requirements.
- Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
- Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
- Coordinate any schedule delays with both customers and service technicians.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and meet customer needs.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mandatory Saturday shift and one Sunday per month.
