As an On-Site Dispatcher on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include :
- Receives and books customer calls with an 85% accuracy rating.
- Prioritizes work orders and establishes a service call schedule that will optimize the time, and skill sets of the service technicians.
- Monitors location of service technicians throughout the workday to ensure the schedule is maintained.
- Communicates with service technicians by phone, and other communication technology as needed.
- Coordinate delays and changes to the schedule with customers, service technicians, and company software.

Competitive Pay : $18.00 - 20.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule / In-Office Requirement : 1 : 30pm - 10 : 00pm, (Full Time, 40hours per week). Scheduled days off negotiable!
