We are seeking an Oregon Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber or Area 1 JATC enrollee to join our team. If you're a period 5 apprentice running your own jobs, you'll be eligible for our full pay package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow our system to diagnose residential plumbing problems, present options with up-front pricing, and earn customer trust.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in residential service plumbing, focusing on fixtures, water heaters, leak repairs, and re-pipes.
• Evaluate performance and data collection using technology-based tools, such as networked iPads.

Total Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance-based pay with no limit, potentially exceeding $140,000 per year.
