Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the Mr. Rooter system to diagnose residential plumbing problems and present options with up-front pricing for customer approval.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in residential service plumbing, focusing on fixtures, water heaters, leak repairs, water services, and re-pipes.
- Embrace technology-based data collection and presentation tools to support self-evaluation and performance coaching.
