We are a family-owned Fire Sprinkler/Alarm contractor based in Roseville looking for a dedicated, charismatic addition to our administrative staff in our Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Division.
We’re looking for someone special. Someone who can meet challenges head on and is eager for an opportunity to make a real difference in an established company devoted to Fire Life Safety.
Successful applicants must be self-starters, efficient multitaskers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Data entry, and demonstrate impressive physical and digital organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Data entry
· Processing reports
· Proposal creation
· Professional email correspondence
· Maintain accurate records and reports
· Submit reports to appropriate jurisdictions
· Handle requests and emergency calls
· Minor accounting duties (daily invoicing)
· Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital)
· Answer and direct calls
· Administrative Support
Qualifications and Skills
Focused, detail oriented, enjoys a challenge, and excellent communication skills, calm under pressure, can juggle multiple tasks at once.
