Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician - Master Technician to join our team in Massillon, United States. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Perform complex diagnostic procedures on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems
- Execute advanced repairs and maintenance tasks on diverse makes and models of vehicles
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve intricate automotive issues
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certifications
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Test drive vehicles to verify proper operation and safety
