Job Description
The Property Manager is expected to perform the following managerial duties: email and phone correspondence with customers, leasing, payment processing, merchandise sales, collections, light maintenance and cleaning, and administrative office functions, primarily on the computer. He or she will interface with the public face to face, by computer (internet), and by phone. The Property Manager is expected to present a clean and professional office to Storage Xxtra customers and while performing all job duties, is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service.
The Property Manager must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to our Villa Rica store. The Property Manageris expected to work five days a week and be on site during the entire day except for a one hour lunch break. The Property Manager must also be available to work on Saturdays.

Qualifications
- Customer Service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant managerin property management, retail, or hospitality
- Must have a positive attitude and be honest
- Basic computer knowledge, such as typing, emailing, printing, etc is required. More advanced knowledge including familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
