The Assistant Center Manager at Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Care of Clarksville, IN is responsible for all contact with customers from the initial phone call through delivery of the vehicle. Responsibilities:
- Follow all procedures for both the customer and the vehicle from the first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for).
- Oversee cost percentages, conversion percentages, and revenues.
- Utilize appropriate systems and forms.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain the appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness.
- Problem-solving and resolution of customer problems.
- Ability to manage personnel and enforce policies and procedures.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket field.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Shopware software a plus
- Knowledge of computers and ability to maneuver within programs such as MS Office
- Above average customer relations skills
- Previous knowledge of the automotive repair industry a plus
