Mr.Tree is currently looking for a Operations Manager to join our growing company.
Duties and Qualifications :
- Knowledge of of the tree industry residential, logging, and commercial.
- Basic knowledge of different types of machinery a plus.
- Attend weekly safety meeting.
- Show leadership and guidance to Estimators, crew members, and office staff - lead by example.
- Maintaining neat, organized yard at all times.
- Provide optimal customer service.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Must perform various administrative duties.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills, job task planning, and organization.
- Complete any required daily project reports with all the information and ensuring that all operations are correctly captured.
- Resolve any conflicts.
- Perform quality control & improve performance in all areas.
- Ability to work under pressure at times.
- Monitor inventory of yard supplies and purchase orders as necessary.
