Job Responsibilities
Orient new employees and oversee training to ensure quality and make sure standards are withheld
Open, work mid shift, or close the restaurant- depending on restaurant needs
Ensure monthly inventories are completed appropriately
Ensure the restaurant is clean and opening closing checklists are completely daily
Qualifications/Experience
5 years kitchen experience, 2 years managerial experience
3-5 years sushi experience
Basic sushi knowledge required
