Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts to attract prospective buyers and renters.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions.
- Stay informed about real estate laws and market trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in negotiation and marketing strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with property management and real estate law
- Organizational and administrative experience in a real estate setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
