What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll oversee every part of Mr. West’s experience, from the morning coffee rush to the after-work cocktail crowd. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and support an incredible team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, from baristas to shift leads.
• Drive financial success while maintaining a welcoming, vibrant environment that keeps guests coming back.
• Uphold company policies and inspire a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and connection.
• Ensure the highest quality coffee, wine, cocktails, and food are delivered with care and precision.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, accounting, and menu updates.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a passionate leader who thrives in a high-energy, urban environment and is ready to take on all-day café bar operations. You’ll be a perfect fit if you bring:

• 5 years of management experience in high-volume, multifaceted restaurants.
• A love for hospitality, specialty coffee, wine, and bar operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Valid Food Handler and MAST certifications (or a commitment to obtaining them).
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

The Details

This role is for someone who thrives on their feet and loves the café world. You’ll work in a lively downtown setting, lifting to 50 lbs and ensuring every detail—from hospitality to cleanliness—is on point.
