Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building data extensions, creating and deploying emails in Email Studio, and developing personalized journeys in Journey Builder. While Salesforce certification is not required, a solid understanding of the platform's tools and best practices is essential to help drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities will begin with:
- Build creative and inspiring content for emails, using internal content, family stories, external sources and incorporating personalization and dynamic content
- Track and communicate results, success metrics, and recommendations for optimization
- Execute A/B testing and contribute to test planning strategies
- Work within the Acts Communication calendar and maintain an elevated level of excellence in communication with external target audiences
- Ability to build complex and simple journeys and work with our external consultants and internal IT department to integrate with our Salesforce environment
- Demonstrate a growth-orientated mindset and the ability to present ideas for development to Acts leadership
- High school diploma/GED with relevant experience, required; or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, with applicable experience preferred
- 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in building customer journeys and executing and building emails within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing Journey Builder and Email Studio, preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and email concept creation
- Experience in a non-profit marketing environment is a bonus, but not required
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems and have acute attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to infer and apply learnings
- Support the organization with process improvements for Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
