SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Office Manager to join our team. Reporting to the President, this role combines accounting support plus payroll and benefits administration to ensure smooth financial operations and effective employee management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and experience with payroll and HR practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with month end and reporting
- Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital
- Complete the full cycle AR including monitoring of AR aging and timely customer payments
- Complete the full cycle AP including the execution of payments to vendors
- Developing and maintaining raw material and product inventory quantity and costing process
- Process weekly payroll using outside payroll service
- Employee onboarding
- Administrate employee benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company IATF16949 Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 5 years related business experience
- Solid understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- Proven ability to meet daily and monthly deliverables
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
- Public accounting experience, a plus
