As the Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative and technical assistance for the Human Resources Department with a key focus on payroll processing.

As the Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative and technical assistance for the Human Resources Department with a key focus on payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and HRIS Management: Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate timekeeping records. Review timecards for accuracy. Troubleshoot HRIS system issues and update HRIS as need
- Assist with Benefits Administration: Update open enrollment communications, and distribute benefit notifications to current and former associates. Host benefits meetings, both in-person and virtually
- Employee Onboarding and Documentation: Process new hires, changes, and terminations in HRIS. Coordinate new hire paperwork, schedule orientations, and send review reminders to managers
- Employee Relations and Inquires: Serve as the first point of contact for HR Inquires. Direct associates to appropriate contacts for assistance with issues or concerns
- Performance Management: Assist with performance review process. Conduct stay interviews, pulse surveys and exit interviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with HRIS and payroll administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office365, Excel, Word, and other HR systems
