Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate, including reviewing CNC program and blueprints
- Verify speeds and feeds for tooling
- Perform production operations, monitoring machine performance and quality continuously.
- Work from blueprints, specifications, and/or instructions to rough and finish parts to close tolerances.
- Preferred with experience setting up and running Makino and Haas horizontal and/or vertical milling centers
- Preferred experience with setting up and running Takasawa and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read blueprints to determine part specifications
- Proven ability to create and edit CNC programs.
- Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
