Job Summary
MRBraz & Associates, PLLC is seeking a highly qualified Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. The Quality Assurance Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory guidelines. This position involves conducting collecting research data, overseeing NCR's, logging all RCA's, Weld Maps, MTR's and U1A's, along with supporting the QA/QC Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
Duties
- Daily supervision of NCR email from all employees
- Tracking of incoming NCR's and distribution of NCR's to appropriate locations
- Logging and organizing all NCR's and compiling a daily report
- Logging all incoming RCA's and disbursement to appropriate locations
- Logging and organizing RCA's and submitting a daily report
- Fill out and enter map weld initials & weld ID's into Auto Cad software.
- Log all pressure test reports for packages
- Log all heat numbers (MTR's) into file
- Find and save all data plates into individual package files
- Request U1A's from data plate information and save into files.
- Locate all welders along with their weld ID's and save into files
- Publish completed weld maps/ Valve Group weld maps
- Track all incoming MBR paperwork from all shops
- Log all needed heat numbers into system under appropriate measurements
- Track all data plates, data plate photos, and matching U1A's for all packages individually and their files
Experience
- 1 years working knowledge
- Familiarity with QA/QC principles and practices is essential.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines, is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Software a must
- Excell proficiency is a must
- Previous experience in quality inspection or related fields will be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are required for effective performance in this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
