Integration Specialist

Job Purpose:

Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.

• Manage & coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects;
• Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities;
• Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis;
• Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities;
• Follow-up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on-time;
• Monitor performance of project post-implementation;
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned;
• Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others; report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.

Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements:

Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered

• High school diploma plus two year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years experience in a business office;
• Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product; and the ability to learn MRC specific software;
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support;
• Demonstrate excellent customer service;
• 50% travel required.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status;
• Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries;
• Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
