Shop Hand/Laborer

Job description

• As a shop assistant you will break down crates that come in from our installs, organize*

trucks and the shop and go out with our techs from time to time on small job tasks.

• Wash the vehicles and maintain the necessary maintenance to the trucks /*

trailers/equipment as needed.

• Maintain a level of cleanliness and stock for the installers both on the trucks and in the*

shop.

• Receive in crates with forklift, organize and breakdown as needed.*

• Run loads with a trailer to the scrap yard.*

• Be adaptable to go on errands and small tasks for jobs.*

• Pick up materials and drop off at job sites.*

• Be able to work a 4-8 hr shift Monday/Friday. Our ideal working hours for this position*

would be from 10am-4pm or 12pm-6pm Rotating a Saturday if needed.

• Plow/Shovel/Salt the snow of the parking lot and sidewalks.*

• Check the install calendar and check in with management about which crates to load /*

breakdown for the installers for the next days install.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
