Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and Quickbooks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Utilize Quickbooks for bookkeeping tasks (estimates, invoicing, PO's, etc.)
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper work flow
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and QBO
- Proficiency in ASANA and GSuite a plus
- Knowledge of budgeting and bank reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
