Summary / Description:
The CMMS Administrator will be responsible for the administrative function of the company’s Computerized Maintenance Management System or CMMS (Nuvolo). They will coordinate with all Operations Staff Leaders, as well as, other key personnel across Reliability Engineering, Planning/Scheduling, Facilities, EHS and DTE to ensure the operating model is aligned with internal and external customer needs and is constantly delivering value. This role will directly support Operations strategic planning and execution, approval flows, and resource planning supporting our regulated and non-regulated business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, implement, and administer the day-to-day operations of Nuvolo / CMMS and work order management.
- Assists with the daily operations included, but not limited to, maintaining master data, upload/update data/records, and executing other administrative activities.
- Provide training both internal and external on proper data entry specific to application functionality and features.
- Responsible for monitoring and fulfilling missing data in data management dashboard.
- Supports and executes software upgrades/updates/expansions including project scoping and testing requirements.
- Develops Key Performance Indicators, metrics, and screen layouts as required for sites.
- Initiates service requests for software modifications.
- Manages key business processes not limited to training, KPIs, SOPs, and executions of tasks within the system.
- Contributes to building and maintaining relationships with peers inside and outside the organization and industry to ensure strong cross-group collaboration and connection with Operations management.
- Supports all CMMS environments, including but not limited to development, testing, training and production..
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment supporting GMP Facility Operations / Engineering, preferably within a Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory or similar environment
- Associate Degree or relative professional training in Business Administration, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing maintenance material inventory, project estimating and scheduling.
- Must have enterprise server CMMS experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, coworkers, peers, associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control
- Proficient in record keeping and data analysis, as well as developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), metrics, and screen layouts to track progress and continuous improvements.
- Data analysis experience within facilities maintenance programs, specifically with enterprise asset management software suit and spare part optimization

- Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS User
- Familiarity with Preventive and Predictive maintenance procedures, as well as, skilled trade training or equivalent technical expertise (HVAC, Electrician, Machinist, etc) highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing maintenance material inventory, project estimating & scheduling, and enterprise server CMMS experience
- Understanding / application of technical principles, theories and concepts in GMP, ISO, GAMP, ANSI, etc is a plus
