Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and related tools such as Workspace One (AirWatch) and Microsoft Intune. A working knowledge of both iOS and Android devices is also essential.

1. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, IT Customer Support, IT Service Delivery, or other IT related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), tools such as Workspace One (AirWatch), Verizon MDM, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune.
3. Knowledgeable with both iOS and Android devices.
4. Working knowledge of cellular carrier ordering portals.
5. Working knowledge of mobile device service, plans and features.
