Job Description:
We’re searching for a Web Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and modern web trends. You’ll work closely with our Front End Developer and creative team to design intuitive and visually compelling web experiences that resonate with our audience. From wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity designs, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of our digital presence.

Your Quest:

• Design beautiful, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces with a mobile-first approach
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Utilize Figma's Dev Mode to structure layouts, apply design tokens, and generate CSS, Tailwind, or React code to streamline development
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX principles, and emerging technologies
• Create engaging visual content, including graphics, icons, and animations as needed
• Work with content management systems like Strapi to ensure cohesive design integration
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design elements
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks within a small, busy team

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Experience using Figma’s Dev Mode for generating CSS, Tailwind, and React-ready designs
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
• Experience designing for mobile-first, responsive web applications
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design systems (understanding how designs translate into code)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Strapi and how design integrates with content management
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of Tailwind CSS and how it influences design
• Familiarity with animation tools like Lottie or CSS animations
• Experience in branding and marketing design
• Knowledge of 3D design tools like Blender or Three.js for immersive web experiences
• Illustration and motion design skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year depending on skill and experience
