Property Manager
The Property Manager is a key role at MRD Apartments, responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial growth of the community, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and support to team members, develop and implement training programs, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, provide exceptional customer service, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, secure lease agreements, and manage pre-leasing activities.
- Maintenance and Operations: Direct the daily activities of maintenance, housekeeping, and the leasing office, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of property management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Certifications in property management software, such as Yardi Voyager and Rent Caf, are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to embody MRD Apartments' Core Values.
