Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operation, including administrative, financial, safety, team management, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Oversee and enhance the financial growth of the community.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record keeping.
- Provide guidance to team members in hiring, training, developing, and motivating.
- Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach with residents, clients, and the public.
- Secure lease agreements through retention, leasing availability, and pre-leasing of future availability.
- Ensure positive interactions between residents and team members.
- Direct daily activities of maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing office staff.
- Manage loss prevention, risk management, safety, and security.
- Develop effective marketing, outreach, and resident retention programs.
- Maintain organized records of employees and lease agreements.
- Stay knowledgeable and compliant with federal, state, and company policies, including the Fair Housing Act.
Requirements:
- 2 years of property management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi Voyager and Rent Caf, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel.
