Part-Time Leasing Specialist

Located in Augusta, GA.

25 hours weekly and must work Saturdays.

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team! The Leasing Specialist’s main responsibility is to successfully lease and market the property resulting in full occupancy and satisfied residents.

Key Functions

· Demonstrate a solid understanding of the property, providing information to current and future residents resulting in confirmed lease agreements

· Address leasing questions, resident service requests, and concerns via phone, email, and walk in

· Process lease applications and verifications and keep detailed documentation

· Maintain a welcoming and efficient leasing office

· Assist coworkers, residents, and the public in a helpful and professional manner

· Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the property on continuing basis

· Consistently maintain marketing and advertising sources

· Exhibit an understanding of local market conditions and trends

· Provide marketing suggestions to improve resident contentment within the community

Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED

· 6 months of comparable sales experience or training preferred

· Proven dedication to customer service

· Effective communication and time-management skills

· Previous experience working with Microsoft Office preferred

· Familiarity with property management software desired

· Ability to pass pre-employment screening
