Maintenance Technician Wanted at our Mackinaw Apartments in Cheboygan, MI.

Looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join a successful existing team servicing multiple apartment communities. Plumbing, drywall, painting, troubleshooting all involved as well as snow removal and being a part of an on-call rotation. M-F 8-5p besides on call. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, Holiday pay, 401K and more!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at single family apartment units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality.
- On call rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· 1-year related experience or training.
· High school or GED equivalent preferred.
· Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call responsibilities.
· Capable of lifting 50lbs.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Able and eager to embody MRD Apartments Core Values daily.
