Maintenance Technician (Multi Site) Mackinaw Apartments

Maintenance Technician Wanted at our multi-site for the following properties:

Mackinaw Apartments and Chippewa Apartments in Cheboygan, MI., Huron Apartments and Wawatam Apartments in Mackinaw City.

Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you’re a hard worker, a self-starter, and someone who takes pride in their work, read on!

Looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join a successful existing team servicing multiple apartment communities. Plumbing, drywall, painting, troubleshooting all involved as well as snow removal and being a part of an on-call rotation. Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at single family apartment units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality.
• On call rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 1-year related experience or training.

· Combination of education and experience in Residential Maintenance.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call responsibilities.

· Capable of lifting 50lbs.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Able and eager to embody MRD Apartments Core Values daily.
