Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage property leasing processes, including negotiations and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for efficient operations.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly, fostering a positive community environment.
- Lead and train staff to maintain property standards and enhance sales performance.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
