About Opportunity
We are actively seeking talented Endur Developers and Endur Business Analysts to join high-impact teams delivering critical solutions in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) space. These roles will support a range of project-based, long-term, and direct-hire engagements with leading global clients leveraging OpenLink Endur.

π― Key Roles Available:
1. Endur Developer
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Endur customizations and extensions, working closely with cross-functional teams across trading, risk, and back-office domains.
What You Will Do:
- Customize and enhance Endur (OpenJVS, AVS, JVS, .NET, OpenComponents)
- Develop reports, deal capture templates, workflows, and interfaces
- Integrate Endur with external systems (e.g., market data feeds, accounting platforms)
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability and stability
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders across the SDLC
Your Experience:
- Hands-on Endur development experience
- Strong skills in OpenJVS/JVS/AVS, .NET/C#, and SQL
- Deep knowledge of trading lifecycle, market operations, and energy commodities (Power, Gas, Crude, etc.)
- Experience with Endur upgrades, extension packs, and custom module development
2. Endur Business Analyst
As a bridge between business and technology, you will gather requirements, lead functional design, and support system configuration, testing, and deployment for Endur solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Work with traders, schedulers, risk, and back-office users to gather and translate business needs
- Create BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and functional specifications
- Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Analyze trading and risk data to support decision-making and compliance
- Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions with business stakeholders
Your Experience:
- Experience as an Endur Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Deep knowledge of trading, risk, and/or scheduling functions within Endur
- Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, APM, credit, confirmations, actualization, settlements, or movement/scheduling modules
- Experience with ISO markets, ETRM workflows, or regulatory reporting (a plus)
