Audiologist - Veteran Disability Assessments
We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
- Conduct Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within the portal, generating medical documentation needed for VA eligibility determinations.
Work Environment:
Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans in a full-time or part-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Degree from an ASHA Accredited School.
- Curren license as an Audiologist.
- Strong analytical skills to review medical records and assessment data.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based portals.
- Professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with Veterans.
