As a Licensed Audiologist, you will play a crucial part in assessing and evaluating United States Veterans for the VA's disability benefits process. We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who have served their country.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests to assess Veteran hearing
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in our computer portal to provide medical evidence for the VA's decision-making process
- Review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day, on average, with dedicated time for each appointment
Schedule and Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position, working Monday through Friday. You will enjoy a predictable schedule with no evenings, on-call shifts, or weekend obligations.
Requirements
- Hold an Au.D degree from an ASHA-accredited school
- Be a current, licensed Audiologist
