We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team as a Healthcare Expert for Audiological Assessments. This role will involve performing medical evaluations on Veterans, utilizing their expertise to provide accurate and comprehensive assessments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests on Veterans
* Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal to provide medical evidence for the VA
* Review and assess medical records uploaded into the computer portal before each appointment
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all assessments and evaluations
**Requirements**
* Au.D. degree from an ASHA-accredited school
* Current licensure as an Audiologist
* Meets credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
