What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audiology Specialist - Assessment Role position at MRG Exams?
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams. As a Medical Assessor, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and assess the medical records of Veteran claimants, conduct Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests, and complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in our computer portal.
This is an IN-PERSON position that offers 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient, with no evenings, no on-call, or weekend shifts.
To be successful in this role, you must have an Au.D. from an ASHA Accredited school, a current license as an Audiologist, and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
