We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented provider to join our team in performing medical assessments for U.S. Veterans.
This role involves conducting thorough, in-person physical exams and reviewing electronic medical records to ensure accurate documentation for the VA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
- Analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
- Accurately document exam findings and complete VA forms.
- Provide expert medical opinions based on assessment findings.
This role does not involve treatment or medication prescription. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Position Details
- Full-Time schedule, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- In-person role with caseload of 3-5 Veterans per day.
- Computer and documentation tools provided.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Ability to work effectively with technology.
