We are seeking a skilled Clinical Medical Professional to join our team at MRG Exams. In this role, you will perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Job Description
In performing Disability Assessments, you will review electronic medical records through a web portal and conduct focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran. You will document exam findings electronically through the web portal. This role does not involve making disability determinations, which are made by the United States Veterans Administration.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform 3-5 Disability Assessments per day
- Review electronic medical records and document exam findings
- Conduct in-person physical exams on each Veteran
This is an in-person position with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. We are looking for someone who can work independently, analyze data from medical records and exam findings, and complete questionnaires to form medical opinions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
