Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

In this role, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran.

You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

The Licensed Psychologist does not make disability determinations; the U.S. Veterans Administration makes all decisions using the findings recorded in the DBQs.

This position solely performs Disability Assessments on Veterans, focusing on assessment rather than treatment or prescription.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you will typically assess four Veterans per day.

This is an independent contractor position with a schedule of at least two days per week (8 am-5 pm).

Important Note: This is an IN-PERSON position requiring direct interaction with Veterans.

Requirements

MRG Exams is searching for a highly qualified Licensed Psychologist who:

• Has a Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree from an APA-accredited program/school.
• Holds an active and unrestricted Psychology license.
• Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
