We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist or Ophthalmologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with expertise in Visual Field Testing (VFT) and credentialed to meet the VA's requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough eye exams, including VFT, to assess visual field capabilities.
- Review Veterans' medical records to ensure accurate assessment.
- Complete and submit evaluation forms within 24 hours of the exam.
