Job Description:
This role involves performing medical assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day, reviewing medical records electronically, and conducting focused physical exams. You will also be responsible for documenting exam findings in a web-based portal.
As a skilled Nurse Practitioner, you will work independently to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.

- Interest in performing independent medical assessments
- Able to analyze data from medical records and exam findings
- Skilled in time management and staying on task
- Must hold a current and unrestricted NP license
- Proficiently use a computer
