We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in performing medical assessments for U.S. Veterans. As a key member of our team, you will conduct focused, in-person physical exams and review electronic medical records to complete the required documentation for the VA.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans
• Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal
• Accurately documenting exam findings and completing the required VA forms
• Providing medical opinions based on assessment findings
