About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests for each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in a computer portal, providing essential medical evidence for benefit determinations
Working Environment
This is an in-person position with regular hours, offering:
- A generous appointment schedule, reviewing and assessing 3-6 Veterans per day on average
- No evenings, no on-call shifts, and no weekends
Requirements
- Auditory Doctoral degree (Au.D.) from an ASHA-accredited institution
- Current license as an Audiologist
