Responsibilities:
- Review medical records electronically to determine the extent of a Veteran's disabilities
- Conduct focused physical exams to gather relevant information
- Electronically document exam findings in a web-based portal
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- CURRENT AND UNRESTRICTED NURSE PRACTITIONER LICENSE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient use of computer systems and electronic health records
